Join me at Kynnersley Village Hall... This is a mixed ability class with flowing sequences to ease tension, static poses to build strength and the all important relaxation to help you to recharge your batteries. Suitable for all abilities and beginners are especially welcome. Each class is £8 and if you are new to my classes, I will email you a registration form to complete online.
