About Me


Debbie Copner

Welcome to my world of yoga! Over 30 years ago, I stepped onto a yoga mat and instantly fell in love with the practice. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of my life, guiding me on a journey of personal growth and transformation.

Through my dedicated practice, I have witnessed my body becoming stronger and more flexible, all while cultivating a deep respect and care for its well-being. Yoga has been my sanctuary during times of stress, providing me with a calm center and even alleviating my back pain. It has also empowered me with newfound confidence.

Throughout my yoga journey, I have trained extensively in various disciplines, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurveda. The beauty of yoga is that it is an ever-evolving practice, and I continue to expand my knowledge and skills, always eager to learn more.

In my classes, I create a warm and welcoming environment suitable for practitioners of all abilities, with a special focus on beginners. I am passionate about teaching in a gentle and supportive style, infused with a touch of humor.

I like to use yoga props in my classes (things like blocks and straps) and these travel around with me in my beloved blue Caddy Van, "Dolly".  If you spot me on the road, be sure to give me a friendly wave!
