I fell in love with yoga when I first stepped onto a mat over 30 years ago and it’s been part of me ever since.
My practice has helped me to grow stronger and more flexible while respecting and looking after my body. It has calmed me in times of stress, eased my back pain and given me confidence in my body.
In 2016, I conquered my fear of public speaking and fulfilled my lifelong dream to become a yoga teacher.
I have trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda. With yoga you never stop learning!
My classes are friendly, suitable for all abilities and beginners are especially welcome. I teach in a gentle and supporting style, with a little bit of humour.
I truly believe that yoga is for everyone - if you can breath, you can do yoga!
