Menopause Yoga

Menopause is a challenging time in our lives...

Join me and let’s gather together to support, connect and empower each other…

 

This special women’s circle is open to women experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. We will be a small group in a relaxed setting; with yoga, meditation, discussions and smiles.

 

A safe place to share our experiences, our worries, ask questions or to simply just sit and listen, absorbing the support of a gathering of kindred spirits.  You will be welcome.

 

We will enjoy some gentle Menopause Yoga, starting with a flowing sequence to ease aches and pains, release tension and balance our emotions, before slowing into restorative poses to help us wind down and recharge. Our circle will end with a deep relaxation.

 

Menopause Yoga is specifically designed to help us manage menopausal symptoms while growing stronger both physically and emotionally.

 

These circles will be held quarterly to build our own little community, getting to know each other in a place to be authentically ‘you’.

 

Suitable for experienced yogis and complete beginners - no yoga or meditation experience needed.  Previous Menopause Workshop participants are especially welcome!
