Join me for a nourishing summer retreat in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Together, we’ll embrace the vibrant, expansive energy of the season and give ourselves time to recharge, reconnect, and soak in the light and abundance of summer.

I’ve been running these seasonal retreat days since 2021, creating space throughout the year to pause, reconnect, and restore. Each one has brought its own unique energy, and they’ve been filled with laughter, connection, and a wonderful sense of community.
