Join me for a Sunday morning to unplug from  the outside world and fully reset your body and mind to renew your energy and enthusiasm for the year ahead.

A mini retreat consisting of a gentle Hatha yoga flow, slowing down into a restorative and yin yoga sequence to release tension in the body and mind.

We will have time to connect and chat over tea and homemade snacks.

Our morning will complete with a blissful yoga nidra to completely recharge your batteries and leave you feeling ready to embrace the New Year.
