A collaberation between Debbie the Curly Yogi and Julia of Green Rose Acupuncture to create a very special 'Yogapuncture' workshop designed to embrace the tranquillity of summer and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. 

We will combine the ancient practices of yoga and acupuncture to help you unwind, release tension, and harmonise the yang energy of the season.

This workshop offers a unique blend of gentle yoga flows, breathwork, yoga nidra and a targeted acupuncture treatment tailored to address the specific imbalances associated with summer.   

Whether you're seeking relief from stress, improved energy flow, or simply a moment of deep relaxation and reconnection to yourself, this workshop is your oasis of calm amidst the summer yang energy.

The cost is £50 and payment is made on booking to reserve your place.
