Harvesting Wisdom

Join me and let's gather together for my first women's circle to celebrate our collective wisdom and life experiences!

A women's circle is a supportive space created specifically for women to come together, connect, and share their experiences in a meaningful and authentic way.

What to expect:

Connection: a supportive community of women who celebrate wisdom, growth, and sisterhood.

Sharing: heartfelt conversations, where your thoughts, experiences, and stories are heard and cherished within a nurturing space.  Sharing is completely optional and you can choose to simply sit and listen, absorbing the support of a gathering of kindred spirits.

Guided Meditation: Find stillness with meditation and let your thoughts inspire your future.

Breathwork: connecting the body and mind with simple breathing techniques to gather a sense of inner calm and balance.

Journaling:  recording your thoughts, feelings, reflections, and experiences in your personal journal or notebook. A creative practice which can be as simple as a few words or doodles.

Yoga Nidra:  our circle will ended with a guided deep relaxation to recharge the body and mind.

These circles will be held monthly to build our own little community, getting to know each other in a place to be authentically ‘you’.
