Embracing Abundance - Celebrating the wealth of life together...

Join me and let's gather in the season of Leo and Lammas to discover our inner harvest, the abundance of our lives and shine bright! 

A women's circle is a supportive space created specifically for women to pause, connect and share their experiences in a meaningful and authentic way. Sitting in women’s circle is a place to be heard, understood and uplifted.

What to expect:

Connection: a supportive community of women who celebrate wisdom, growth, and sisterhood. Whether you’re seeking new friendships, connections or simply a space to be yourself, you will be welcomed.

Guided Meditation: helping you to connect with your thoughts to find stillness and clarity.

Journaling: recording your thoughts, feelings, reflections, and experiences in your personal journal or notebook. A creative practice which can be as simple as a few words or doodles.

Sharing: heartfelt conversations, where your thoughts, experiences, and emotions are heard and valued within a nurturing space. This is completely optional and you can choose to simply sit and listen, absorbing the support of a gathering of soul sisters.

Mindful Crafting :  a chance to escape from the fast-paced, digital world and create a sense of community and connection.  (This is an occasional activity depending on our theme of the month.)

Breathwork: connecting the body and mind with simple breathing techniques to gather a sense of inner calm and balance.

Deep Relaxation: to nourish your mind, body, and spirit, promoting a greater sense of serenity and harmony in your life.

These circles will be held monthly to build our own little community, getting to know each other in a place to be authentically ‘you’.  If this will be your first Circle, you will be especially welcome!

We will have time to chat over tea and homemade snacks.
