Yoga is a wonderful way to nourish your body and mind during this special time.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, this gentle class will help you flow with your breath, connect to your changing body and move with grace. The perfect way to prepare for birth and motherhood.
Each class is £6 and if you are new to my classes, I will email you a registration form and details of how to pay online. The Zoom link will be sent by email on the day of the class.
Suitable for Trimesters 2 and 3.
