Breath, Connect and Move...
Yoga is a wonderful way to nourish your body and mind during this special time.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, this five week course will help you flow with your breath, connect to your changing body and move with grace. I will share pranayama (breathing techniques), simple meditation and deep relaxation to help during pregnancy and labour. The perfect way to prepare for birth and motherhood.
Suitable for 14 weeks of pregnancy onward.
Course dates are Tuesdays, 7:05pm - 8pm:
27 July, 3 August, 10 August, 17 August, 24 August
The course is £35.
(Drop-ins will be available if spaces allow for £8 per week.)
Once you have booked, I will send you a registration form and details of how to pay online.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat (if you are not able to get one, please let me know and I can give you one of my old ones to keep).
