Nature and Nurture - An Summer Day Retreat of Yoga and Wellbeing

Join me for this special day retreat in the Shropshire countryside and tune into the solar energy of Summer to nourish and recharge your body and mind.

Our retreat will be held at The Straw Lodge at Fordhall Organic Farm. An eco friendly building with a bright, airy room complete with fully opening bi-fold doors, offering breathtaking views of open fields and sky.

Our day will consist of:

• A gentle flowing yoga practice to nourish and soothe our bodies - bringing balance to the heat and energy of summer.  (Weather permitting, this will be in the peaceful Straw Lodge garden.)
• Yogapuncture - I will lead you in a beautiful yoga nidra session, while Julia from Green Rose Acupuncture carries out acupuncture on each participant. (The acupuncture is optional but highly recommended!)
• Healthy vegetarian buffet lunch provided by Molly’s Vegetarian Catering.
• Woodland walk to awaken the senses and connect with nature.
• Restorative Yin Yoga practice to release built up tension and let go into stillness.
• Meditation and pranayama (breath work) to calm, cleanse and energise.
• Herbal teas and homemade snacks.
