Join me for a nourishing winter retreat in the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Together, we’ll embrace the quiet, restorative energy of the season and give ourselves time to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect.

This will be my third Winter Retreat Day, following two previous retreat days filled with warmth, laughter and wonderful community spirit. The experience was so well loved that many people asked for it to return - and I’m delighted to offer it again this year.
