Join me for a very special class!
A great way to spend time bonding with your little one through baby massage and baby yoga, while looking after your body and mind with postnatal yoga. Happy mums and happy babies!
Helps digestion and can reduce colic, wind and constipation.
A lovely way to bond through touch, eye contact and body language.
Relaxing and soothing for both mum and baby!
Helps babies to learn what their body can do.
Encourages movement and helps develop co-ordination.
A fun way to play with your baby!
A yoga practice specifically designed to tone and strengthen your postpartum body.
Releases tension and helps to restores your energy.
Spend time meeting other local mums!
These classes will be friendly and relaxed. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old to crawling.
This is a 5 week course which can be repeated as many times as you like.
Course dates are Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:30am
20 January, 27 January, 3 February, 10 February, 17 February
The course is £40.00
