Join me for the first of a monthly series of Menopause Yoga classes. January’s class will focus on one of the most common issues we face - Hot Flushes and Night Sweats.
Menopause Yoga uses the ancient holistic healthcare practice of Ayurveda and is specifically designed to help us grow stronger - both physically and emotionally. You will feel calmer, cooler and empowered by learning techniques to use at home.
As a qualified and accredited Menopause Yoga teacher I will lead us through this 1.5 hour class which will include discussion, meditation, cooling Pranayama (breathing technique) and a gentle and soothing yoga practice with both movement and restorative poses.
This is a space to share our experiences and support each other; exploring ways to help our mind and bodies, such as essential oils, natural remedies and Ayurveda.
This class is open to women experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. Suitable for experienced yogis and complete beginners - no yoga or meditation experience needed.
To keep the group small and supportive, limited places are available. Cost is £10 and payment secures your place.
