Join me for a morning workshop where we will explore ways to thrive during this transition to a new stage of our lives. We will be a small group in a relaxed setting; with yoga, meditation, discussions, laughter and tea…. there’s always tea!
Menopause Yoga is specifically designed to help us manage menopausal symptoms while growing stronger both physically and emotionally.
I will lead us through two practices; a flowing sequence to ease joint pain, release tension and balance our emotions, and a restorative sequence to help us wind down and recharge. We will also learn a simple meditation practice to help us to feel calm and grounded and a breathing practice to cool hot flushes.
This is a space to share our experiences and support each other; exploring ways to help our mind and bodies, such as essential oils, natural remedies and Ayurveda.
This workshop is open to women experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. Suitable for experienced yogis and complete beginners - no yoga or meditation experience needed.
Cost is £40 and payment secures your place.
