Ayurveda, Yoga and Summer Wellbeing

About the Event
Join me for this small and friendly workshop exploring how Ayurveda can help our wellbeing.
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic wellbeing system and is said to be the sister science to yoga, so they compliment each other perfectly! Ayurveda uses lifestyle, food and and the seasons to create balance within our bodies, keeping us healthy, strong and free of "dis-ease".
In this workshop we will look at the fundemental aspects of Ayurveda and how it can be integrated into our daily lives. We will discover your Dosha (your body constitution) and look at how we can work your Dosha and nature to thrive during the warm summer months.
I will lead us in a flowing yoga practice with an Ayurvedic focus to release tension and increase our energy, a simple meditation to help us feel calm and grounded and a Yoga Nidra to deeply relax and recharge.
Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Cost is £40 and payment secures your place.
Ketley Community Centre is a clean and airy venue with plenty of space for social distancing. All Covid regulations will be followed.
