Yoga and Wellbeing for the Menopause.
Join me for a morning workshop where we will explore ways to thrive during this transition to a new stage of our lives. This will be a small group in a relaxed setting; with yoga, meditation, discussions and laughter. And tea…there’s always tea!
The workshop will consist of two yoga practices; a flowing sequence to energise us and a restorative sequence to help us to wind down, balance our emotions and recharge.
We will learn a simple meditation practice which will help us to feel grounded.
I will share a simple Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) practice which helps to calm the mind and ease anxiety quickly and easily.
This is a space to share our experiences and support each other, to explore natural ways to help our minds and bodies and leave feeling positive, inspired and ready to embrace the Menopause.
This workshop is open to women experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause.
