Menopause, Yoga and Wellbeing
Join me for a morning workshop where we will explore ways to thrive during this transition to a new stage of our lives. This will be a small group in a relaxed setting; with yoga, meditation, discussions and laughter.
As a qualified and accredited Menopause Yoga teacher, I will lead us through two practices; a flowing sequence to release tension and balance our emotions and a restorative sequence to help us wind down and recharge.
We will learn a simple breathing technique to help to manage hot flushes and a simple meditation practice to help us to feel grounded. I will also share a simple Thought Field Therapy technique (Tapping) which helps to calm the mind and ease anxiety quickly and easily.
This is a space to share our experiences and support each other; exploring natural ways to help our minds and bodies such as the use of essential oils, natural remedies and Ayurveda.
This workshop is open to women experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. Suitable for experienced yogis and complete beginners - no yoga or meditation experience needed.
Cost is £35 and payment secures your place.
Ketley Community Centre is a clean and airy venue with plenty of space for social distancing. All Covid regulations will be followed.
