Come and join us for a day of yoga, mindfulness and sound healing in the quiet and secluded Coalport Village Hall.
Ever wanted to let go of something, only to find it waiting for you round every corner? The harder you push it away, the stronger it gets? With their usual seamless blend of yoga, meditation and sound healing, Debbie (The Curly Yogi) and Anna (ATMG mindfulness) will create the safe shared space for you to try a new way – breathe in, and out; grip, and release; hold on, and let go.
You can expect a safe, supported environment, sound teaching and guidance, a lovely group and some delicious snacks on this day of exploration and release. Booking essential as numbers are limited.
