Ayurveda, Yoga And Summer Wellbeing Workshop

Join me for a small and friendly workshop exploring how yoga's sister science, Ayurveda can help our wellbeing.


Ayurveda uses lifestyle, food and and the seasons to create balance within our bodies, keeping us healthy, strong and free of "dis-ease".


We will discover your Dosha (your body constitution) and find out  how to work with your Dosha and nature to thrive during the warm summer months.


I will lead us in a flowing yoga practice with an Ayurvedic focus to release tension and increase our energy, a simple meditation to help us feel calm and grounded and a Yoga Nidra to deeply relax and recharge.

Join me for a special day retreat in the Shropshire countryside to reset, renew and revitalise your body and mind.

My Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat Days are held at The Straw Lodge at Fordhall Organic Farm, just outside Market Drayton in Shropshire.  An eco friendly building with a bright, airy room complete with fully opening bi-fold doors, offering breathtaking views of open fields and sky.


Treat yourself to a day of yoga, meditation, food, fresh air and laughter and you'll float home feeling relaxed, recharged and inspired!
